| This package includes the services of funeral directors and staff in the removal of the remains from place of | ||
| death (within 50 mile radius), procurement and recording of all vital statistics, certificates and permits, | ||
| answering and receiving your calls, personal supervision of all arrangements pertaining to the funeral service | ||
| which may include: contacting ministers, musicians, vocalists, pallbearers, cemetery, opening grave, etc.: | ||
| the preparation and placement of obituary notices; arrangement and care of floral arrangements; assistance | ||
| with filing for insurance, social security and veterans benefits. Skillful embalming, restoration, cosmetizing and | ||
| dressing of the remains; the use of the funeral home for visitation one day or portion thereof and the funeral | ||
| service or in a facilty other than our funeral home; the use of the hearse and flower truck. Also included in | ||
| this charge, a proportionate share of overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, building | ||
| and utility expenses, parking lot and grounds maintenance, taxes, equipment, furnishings, inventory cost, | ||
| professional licensing, legal and accounting fees, secretarial and administrative expenses, and medical waste | ||
| charges. Guest register book, food register, memorial folders, and acknowledgement cards are provided at | ||
| no cost. This charge does not include merchandise such as caskets, outer burial containers, or clothing. | ||
