Sara Alice Prosser Overton age 94 of Gallatin passed away February 24, 2010. Funeral service will be Friday February 26th at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home with Brother Charles Williams officiating. Visitation will be Thursday February 25th 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 p.m. until time of service. Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Park with John Prosser, Tom Prosser, Scott Carter, Christi Carter, Ellen Patterson and Erin Carter serving as pallbearers. She was born in Williamson County, Tennessee daughter of the late Thomas Richard and Alice Hatcher Beasley. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband John Allen Prosser, three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by two sons; George Prosser (Nancy) and, Glen Prosser (Pauline) all of Knoxville , one daughter Ann Wright (Billy) of Gallatin, four grandchildren; Christi Carter (Scott), Ellen Patterson, John Prosser and Tom Prosser, three great grandchildren; Erin Carter, Abby Patterson and Trevor Patter son and one great-great grandchild Will Gregory.
