ALEXANDER FUNERAL HOME LOCATION
Dorothy Baucom age 78 of Gallatin passed away Sunday February 28, 2010. Funeral service will be Tuesday March 2nd at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with the Rev. Matthew Meeks officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Brush Cemetery with David Jackson, Chad Jackson. Troy Jackson, Willie Escue, Glen Woods and Mike Crowell serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Monday March 1st 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday 11:00 a.m. until service time. She was born in Sumner County, Tennessee June 28, 1931 daughter of the late Marshall and Lillian Burgett Woods. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter Wanda Agee, three brothers; Louie, Ellis and Milton Woods and one sister, Norma Raymond. She is survived by three sons; Duggie Jackson and wife Joanne of Indianapolis, IN, William Jackson of Gallatin and Andy Jackson and wife Donna of Tracy City, TN, one daughter Lisa Renn and husband Rob of Gallatin, one sister Helen Harrison of Gallatin, 14 grandchildren and 12 grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
