She was cremated the family will hold a memorial service to be announced at a later date. Twila was born in Sumner County, Tennessee on November 26, 1952. She is preceded in death by her father Dewy Carter and sister Patricia Diane Carter. She is survived by her mother Etheleen Tuttle Carter of Gallatin, daughter Cindy O’Malley (Heather) of Murfreesboro, granddaughter Katie Ryan, brother Foster Carter (Louise) of Gallatin, niece Stacey Erikson (Brad) of Franklin, TN, and great niece and nephew Conner and Ella Erikson.
