Carlean Carter age 89 of Westmoreland passed away July 18, 2010. Funeral service will be Thursday July 22, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home with Brother Randy Andrews, Brother Willie Leduc and Brother Ricky Graves officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday July 20th 2:00 -8:00 p.m. , Wednesday 10:00 -8:00 p.m. and Thursday 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Mrs. Carter was born in Westmoreland, TN on October 14, 1920 daughter of the late Tom and Josie Angel Coley. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Harry Carter, a brother Garland Coley and four sisters, Cleo Carter, Nora Coley, Mary Elizabeth Gibbs and Margaret Virginia Coley one grandchild and two great grandchildren. She is survived by her children Jeanette Robinson of Westmoreland, Joan Brown of Westmoreland, Nancy Green (Crick) of Gallatin, Judy Hunter (Buddy) of Gallatin, Jerry Carter of Florida, Mary Sue Morris (Richard) of Westmoreland, Linda Creasy (Danny) of Westmoreland, Darlene MacDougal (Steve) of Gallatin, Thomas Carter of Westmoreland, Dorothy Mayhew of Gallatin, one sister Annie Lou Graves of Westmoreland, 18 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren.
